Returns
Eligibility: Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@univibe.ae with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

Discounted or sale items
Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Shipping Costs
Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Exchanges: We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to damaged or defective items.
